Privacy
Last updated July 2026. This page covers two different things, kept deliberately separate: this marketing website, and the Intellicall product itself.
This website
This site is static — a handful of HTML pages, images and stylesheets served directly. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics or third-party trackers, and does not have a contact form that stores anything. The only thing it asks of a visitor is to send an email, if they choose to.
Like any website, the server hosting it — and Cloudflare, where a tunnel is used to reach it — will see ordinary connection metadata (IP address, browser, request time) in infrastructure-level logs. Nothing beyond that is collected here.
The Intellicall product
Intellicall itself is deployed as a separate, isolated instance for each department that uses it — it is not part of this website and does not share infrastructure or a database with it. That instance holds real staff data, including sickness, parental and maternity leave, which is special category data under UK GDPR.
What that instance does with data is described in full in its own security documentation, provided directly to a department when a trial or subscription is set up: departmental isolation, encryption in transit, role-based access control, a full audit trail, and configurable data retention. In every case, the department using Intellicall is the data controller; Intellicall is the processor, and data-handling terms are agreed directly between us before any real data is entered.
